PCB Design & Layout
Two to seventy-six layers, including HDI, flex, rigid-flex, and high-speed — with SI/PI built into the routing, not bolted on at the end.
What it is
PCB layout is where most boards quietly fail — signal integrity that simulates fine but fabricates poorly, stackups that look reasonable but are uneconomic to build, footprints that pass DRC and fail assembly. We treat layout as a real engineering discipline, not a CAD task.
Signal-integrity and power-integrity analysis run alongside the layout, not as a final check. Critical signals get verified against timing and quality requirements before fabrication, on the schedule the layout is on.
